Are there any back-end fees, surprises, upgrades or anything like that?
NO - never. We mean free and we guarantee that this program will stay free to our members always. Please copy our "contract" page and save it. It is our pledge and promise to you. Besides, if we did change our program, we would become illegal (see next question).

Are you sure that your program is totally legal?
Absolutely! We can say that because we are not asking you for any money, nor promising you that you will make "one million dollars in 2 weeks". No money from you, and no promises of riches from us. Just a solid program for now, and the future - and you are a partner. There are no laws that limit how many partners can come together to make something work - unless you ask for money. If you ask for money, then most laws limit partnerships to 25 people. We are not asking for any money, nor will we ever do that. That makes us fully legal.

Is this a legal company or just a couple of guys in a garage?
We are a fully legal USA corporation, and have been for over 10 years. We have a totally clean record and not even one single  complaint from the Better Business Bureau.

Who are the principals and who is backing this?
Three successful businessmen. Our backers are Winston Price, a retired hedge fund manager; Conrad Addison, a retired businessman currently active with internet programs; and J. Brian Bailey, a retired automotive consultant.

How about an address and phone?
Our address is IT Center, 22811 Meridian Ave E., Suite B-19, Graham, Washington, 98338, USA. We did leave our phone number on here until we hit almost 40k members. It has been removed as we were getting spam calls, and all sorts of calls with questions about this site which are answered on the FAQ page. We will provide our phone number upon request for valid inquiries.

You are going to give us $10? What's the catch?
There is no catch at all except that we require that you have at least $50 in your account before requesting a payout.

What happens if I refer someone and they join?
You get 3 points for each referral. We have a one level program so that we are fair to everyone.  Getting referrals should be very easy with our program since it is free and even gives away money.

How do I make a referral?
When you join you will receive a unique membership number. All you ever need to do is send people you know our link with your id number at the end.  When they follow the link and join, you get credited with 3 ownership points.

When your friend has signed up (double opted-in, i.e. signed up and confirmed email address), notice will appear in your account and you will receive 3 ownership points.

Okay - this sounds good but how do I know you won't screw me in the future like all the other programs have done?
Because without you we will not be able to make this program successful. Plus - you have a contract with us and can sue us if we lie or change things. Plus - we will reap the benefits by doing EXACTLY as we planned and would be foolish to change anything. Our program relies on you. You are in control now for a change.

Can I have more than one account? What happens if I do that?
The answer is a resounding NO!  You can only have one account...period! Any one caught with more than one account will immediately lose any and all benefits, and their accounts will be closed.  Why? Because that is cheating. It is called stacking accounts in order to cheat the system and get more points. We want honest people ONLY in our program, so please do not even try to cheat. We have numerous safeguards in place and will see any attempts to cheat our system. Besides, our program has so much promise, why would you want to cheat?

How do we make money here?
Advertisers pay us for sending their ads to our members and 90% of these revenues are paid out to our members as follows: 45% direct in cash and 45% in our war chest fund to eventually accumulate other companies and/or build new ones. These will also be owned by members exclusively. You earn by reading emails - it is as simple as that. The more you read and the more you refer, the more revenues you will get. More points mean more ownership of our company. Our program will benefit you both in the short term and especially in the long term.

When and how do you pay?
We add the funds that we received from advertising only when we get the funds from the advertisers and the ad campaigns have finished (around 2 weeks). When that happens, the members of TIB get money added to their account according to the email point value for each ad email that has been read & confirmed. So the points do not transform in money instantly. The point value depends on the ad campaign value and the number of users that participate in it. If the ad campaign is expensive then the point value will be higher. If the number of members who participate in the campaign is smaller, then the point value will also be higher. 

Your balance must be at least $50.00 to be eligible, then a "Payout Request" link will appear in your account. We pay on the 1st of the month, by Paypal or company check. That is why the contact information in your account must be accurate. The money can also be used for advertising on TIB (if you have more than $50). In that case, just register for an advertiser account and write us about the ad that you want to send.

If I am on vacation and cannot read emails, will I lose my membership?
No, you keep your membership and your already collected points. If you have not confirmed your emails for 30 days,  your account becomes inactive so you will not receive more ads. To reactivate your account and receive ads again, simply login your account and click the reactivation link.

What sender address will your emails have so I know they are from you (and not go to the spam folder)?
We never give your email address to advertisers as protecting your privacy is very serious to us. Advertisers submit their ads to us, and we send them to you via our back office. The emails are sent from ademail@taketheinternetback.com so you will know that they are from us. You may want to create a separate folder for them.

How do you track if I read the emails to get the points?
Each email ad will contain a link that you will need to click in order to get the point credit. If you do not click it - you get no credit. Credits will automatically be added to your account.

How many emails do I have to read?
All you have to do is just read one email a day, with 10 per day being the maximum. When you join, you will be given a list of subjects where you can select the topics that intrigue you the most. We will only send you ads based on your chosen preferences.

What happens if I read 10 emails a day?
You get one point for each email that you read. If you read ten per day, then you get ten points per day. Ten is the maximum amount per day.
